Dr. Lana Yanishevski

Dr. Lana was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to Memphis in 1991, becoming a U.S. Citizen in 1997. She completed her medical school and internship in Kiev. She then successfully passed the US Medical Licensure Exams and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee. She joined Laurelwood Pediatrics in August of 1998.Dr. Lana is a Board certified pediatrician and is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an active member of of multiple sections in the American Academy of Pediatrics, such as Adoption, Telephone Care, and Breastfeeding. Her other interests include ADD and International Adoption.

Dr. Lana lives in Germantown with her husband, Yuri and their two sons, David and Andrew who keep her very busy when she is not at the office! She enjoys reading, traveling, and art.
