One of the main reasons that we spent much of last year moving to new practice management and medical record software was to be able to communicate with our patients and their parents in a variety of new ways. One of those new communication methods is our patient portal which is now available.
The next time that you call for an appointment or are in the office, ask one of our staff members about activating your portal account.
Once you have your account set up, you can log in from your web browser, or maybe even better you can download the Healow app (just search for it in your app store). Through the portal, you’ll have access to your child’s measurements, immunizations, medications, and some labs. You will be able to send questions to our nurses, request prescription refills and request other forms that you may need over time.
